Fulton Financial Consultants, Inc. formally incorporated under the laws of Washington State on April 21, 1980 with the name Fulton Insurance Consultants, Inc. Then in 1995 changed its name to Fulton Financial Consultants, Inc. which was done for multiple reasons including the preparation of expanding licensing to become a Mortgage Broker. It’s President and Designated Broker, Robert Fulton CLU ChFC had been in business as a Life and Health insurance agent for five year before the company’s formal incorporation.
